CHÂRADE  (cha-rawd) was an "alter-ego" party I threw with a friend a while back. Basically, we instructed guests to come as a character who represented their second self or ulterior persona, and to be that person all night long. People got very creative with it.

The concept is actually similar to some third party research techniques.  

Anyway, highly recommended theme.
